CrossFit is for all fitness and experience levels. Our coaches will provide you with guidance as you improve your strength, health, and performance during the WOD (Workout Of the Day) at the Box (what we call our gym space). And, sure, you might hurt a little after your workout (even if you scaled, which means you adjusted for your fitness level), but it’s the good kind of hurt. The kind that says it’s working! Because if it doesn’t hurt, it doesn’t work.
