NEW! Bootcamp: Rx+1

Need to add a little weight to your Bootcamp class? Bootcamp: Rx+1 will intensify the interval training and bodyweight exercises of Bootcamp by adding weights and more complex exercises.

Get your blood pumping and your body ready for the intensified exercises by joining us for the 30 minute Bootcamp class immediately prior to Bootcamp: Rx+1.*

Striking

Learn jabs, hooks, kicks, uppercuts and more while you work up a sweat. Don’t let workday stresses get you down: remember, it’s frowned upon to hit people (unless it’s Coach Frank while he’s wearing pads).

Striking is an in-house favorite! Come give it a try… you’ll be glad you did!

CrossFit

CrossFit is for all fitness and experience levels. Our coaches will provide you with guidance as you improve your strength, health, and performance during the WOD (Workout Of the Day) at the Box (what we call our gym space). And, sure, you might hurt a little after your workout (even if you scaled, which means you adjusted for your fitness level), but it’s the good kind of hurt. The kind that says it’s working! Because if it doesn’t hurt, it doesn’t work.

Summer Youth Fitness & Strength Training Camps

Open for 8 – 19 year olds for Summer 2016, our Summer Youth Fitness & Strength Training Camps welcome children of all fitness levels for CrossFit and FUN!

Camp runs Monday – Friday with 2 sessions from which to choose: 8am – 12pm and 12pm – 4pm. Full day options available!
